GARY PIPER;
Coast Guard Master (retired). Designated Broker has been a licensed Real Estate broker on Whidbey Island for
35 years. Gary specializes in Waterfront and Commercial properties. Gary's community involvement includes
being a founder of CHOOCHOKAM (Langley's festival of the Arts), co-founder of
Langley Chamber of Commerce and being the Mascot and fundraiser for Seattle's
Woodland Park Zoo as
'Gary the Gorilla' for 20 years before retiring.

URSULA SHOUDY; First mate/agent has been a resident of South Whidbey for the past 30 years. Growing up here has given her the chance to know and learn a great deal about Whidbey Island and how it has changed over the years. While raising a family here with her contractor husband, Scott Shoudy of Shoudy Enterprises, Ursula has co-owned and operated Toddle Inn Daycare for the last 12 years. She has actively participated in many community fund raisers, such as the South Whidbey Children's Center auction, and the Relay for Life. Ursula has been a volunteer of South Whidbey Little League for 7 years. She has participated in everything from coaching boys baseball to hosting the 2001 Senior State Tournament. Ursula is a very self-motivated and hardworking individual who enjoys working with people. We are confident that Ursula will give 110% in your Real Estate needs. |

MANDY JONES;
communications officer has been a resident of South Whidbey for the
past 26 years. She has started a family with her contractor husband Trevor
Jones of Casa Group. Their daughter has just turned 1. She is a full time college student, maintaining a
4.0. She has been the Middle School 8th grade volleyball coach for the past 4 years. Mandy's communication and computer skills make her our very efficient
office manager.

She has recently retired from Washington Dental Service with 20 years of office and computer experience.
